Job Responsibilities:
- The candidate would be responsible for leading the team, plan and execute the respective
campaign and
will be responsible for developing new businesses, with following key responsibilities·
- He will be responsible for revenues generated from the entire region·
- Thinking of new and innovative ways to generate revenues·
- Build and manage strong relationships with the client.·
- Managing and controlling the quality of all services for clients.
- Responsible to achieve targeted business from existing and new accounts.
- Revenue generation through online ad sales ·
- Developing Channel Partnership with other content providers.
- Monitor competitive performance·
- Analyze the market to identify opportunities for product enhancements·
- Product Development - Assist design and technical teams with product-related issues.
Desired Profile:
- Management Degree from a reputed institute ·
- Experience of atleast 4-6 years in Ad sales/Biz Dev out of which at least 2
years in online ad sales·
- Should have headed a team in ad sales for atleast 2 years with effective problem-solving
skills;
- able to predict, identify, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner·
- Should demonstrate initiative and ability to adopt and implement new processes,
procedures and standards in a progressive environment
- Works collaboratively and in partnership with all functional areas to establish
and implement new workflow processes·
- Excellent computer skills; uses Microsoft Office extensively and Internet skills,·
Independent self starter; detail oriented;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment · Excellent leadership
skills and pleasing personality

2. Media Planner
Job Description:
- Ensure that all projects undertaken strive for client delight, through accuracy,
quality, timeliness and servicing excellence.
- Ensure compliance with client plans.
- Ensure that all routine activities with respect to client plans are carried out.
- Establish a rapport with Affiliates. Interact with Affiliates to maintain
cordial working relationships .
- Implement at least two proactive ideas on a client once a quarter.
- Plan and implement systems to reduce costs for clients through negotiated prices,
identification of new resources, etc.
- Identification and evaluation of new service providers to add value to the client
and brands worked on.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- MBA/PGDBA in Marketing,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- 4-6 years of Media Planning experience,
- Experience in the online industry.
